James Bingley Jr.
James Bingley, Jr. is a native Charlestonian born to the late James and Janie Bingley. James was educated in the Private and Public School Systems. James is a1992 graduate of Burke High School and a 1997graduate of Claflin College now known as Claflin University, where he graduated with a BA in Sociology & a minor in Criminal Justice. James continued his education at Webster University where he received his Master’s degree in Counseling with a (Concertation In Mental Health) Currently James is employed with The South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, & Pardon Services where he has been employed for 22 years. James also taught Psychology & Career Development classes at Miller-Motte Technical College. James is also a Motivational Speaker, Life Coach & Owner of his own Photography business (J’Caprice Photography).

James is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. and a lifelong member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church where he serves faithfully.
